Paint the Fall

We can always count on Pantone to give us the scoop on what colors are poppin’ for the new season. If you’ve been shopping recently, chances are you’ve already saw what colors are in for the fall. If not, I’m here to color in the lines for you and let you know which colors will find their way into my wardrobe.

The colors range from every color family and the names for these shades are pretty interesting. The colors are: Riverside, Airy Blue, Sharkskin, Aurora Red, Warm Taupe, Dusty Cedar, Lush Meadow, Spicy Mustard, Potter’s Clay, and Bodacious. After viewing the names and the actual shades, I can guarantee you that Aurora Red, Lush Meadow, and Bodacious will find their way into my possession fairly soon.

As far as Aurora Red, I don’t care what fancy title you give red; red will always be sexy for any skin tone. Even on my worst days (not really worst, but maybe my less effort days), red always make me stand out. Let me tell you, there’s something about this Lush Meadow that warms my heart. This is an elegant shade of green that will exude classiness. I believe this is the one color that I am dying to find in any piece of clothing. As far as Bodacious, what can I say? The name itself has me sold plus it’s based off of my favorite color—purple. These three colors will make any outfit pop and will easily make you the center of attention.

Definitely check out the rest of the colors and see why Pantone decided to choose the colors they’ve chosen.

In the meantime, I’ll be searching for some of these colors to add to my wardrobe. Here’s a few I’ve added to my list.

Nice article on the colors for the fall, I like the nude color but I haven’t found anything to wear yet in that color yet. You keep inspiring us with your style and keep up the good work..
