Workout Playlist

Everyone has a playlist of songs playing while they’re working out right? If not then you definitely should. If you’re like me and you workout alone then chances are, you need to have some music playing in your ears. Trust me, the music puts you in a zone and you’re in a completely different space. Most times I feel as if I’m not in the gym anymore and it really speeds up my workout.

When I workout, there are several instances when I push myself to the next level and the only way I can make it through is to a good beat. When the beat hits me, it completely takes over and I can conquer anything. There will be times when I catch myself dancing and I forget I’m in the gym where people could possibly be watching >.<

But in all seriousness, you should definitely compose a playlist of your favorite songs to workout to. Music helps to take your mind off of the pain of your muscles working. Music is a great aid when timing yourself in holding positions. Music also helps lifts your spirits to keep you encouraged to continue working out. I know I’m not the only one who gets an extra burst of motivation when a dance or hype song comes on. πŸ˜›

I’ll display my favorite playlist to workout to so you can see what keeps me going. Feel free to scroll through it:) I’m more of an old school person so a lot of my songs are from the 90’s.

Let me know in the comments what are some of your favorite tunes πŸ™‚
